ASGA print award competition proved to be a tremendous success and Indian printers kept the national flag flying high. The organisers received 189 samples in this competition, including 128 from China, 14 from Japan, 9 from Thailand, 25 from India and 13 from Indonesia. China won 5 gold, 9 silver and 15 bronze medals, Japan 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medals, Thailand 3 silver medals and Indonesia 2 bronze medals.
Six medals were won by the Indian printers.
Jennifer Shen, Chairwoman of ASGA and Chairman of China Screen Printing & Graphic Imaging Association (CSGIA), congratulated the winners and thanked SGAI for its great support to ASGA activities.

Vasit Prints started with trading of transfer stickers in 2014. After a year or so, the Proprietor S Vani and her husband Siddhuraju decided to have their own printing unit. The journey started in the year 2016 with four tables at a rented place; a facility of
manual machines performing direct fabric printing.
